Beef Hashbrown Supper

Kids and adults alike will enjoy this one. It's also easy and economical,

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds lean beef mince, browned

1 packet dry brown gravy mix

1 can creamed corn

1 can corn kernels

1 1/2 cups grated cheddar cheese

16 ounce hashbrowns, crumbled

1 can mushroom soup

1 can evaporated milk

salt and pepper to taste

Method

Spray Crock pot with cooking spray.

Place browned beef in bottom of slow cooker and mix with gravy.

Add creamed corn and corn kernels and top with half the grated cheese.

Top with hashbrowns and remaining cheese.

In a bowl, combine mushroom soup and evaporated milk. Mix well and pour over hashbrowns and cheese.

Cover and Cook on LOW for 6-8 hours.

Serves 4-6
