Quick, easy and tasty chicken stew.
Ingredients
4 large chicken breast fillets
3 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 x 800g jar spaghetti sauce
1 x 450 g can mixed frozen vegetables (thawed)
1 tablespoon chicken seasoning
Method
Cobmine cubed chicken, potatoes, spaghetti sauce, vegetables and seasoning together with 3/4 cup water in a 5-6 litre (6 quart) Slow Cooker.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours.
Serves 4-6
