Chocolate Pudding

Ingredients

1 chocolate cake mix

1 x 250g carton sour cream

4 eggs

3/4 cup oil

1 x 100g instant chocolate pudding mix

3/4 cup chopped pecan nuts

Method

Spray Crock Pot with cooking spray to prevent sticking.

In a bowl, mix cake mix, sour cream, eggs, oil, pudding, pecans and 1 cup of water.

Pour into the Crock Pot.

Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours. Serve hot with vanilla ice-cream and cream.
