Corn and Ham Chowder

Warm, filling and delicious! So little preparation needed, for so much taste. 

 

 

Ingredients

400ml chicken stock

1 cup milk

1 x 300g can cream of celery soup

1 x 450g can creamed corn

1 x 450 can corn kernels

1/2 cup instant mashed potato

1 onion, chopped

2-3 cups chopped cooked pork ham.

Method

In 6 litre (6 quart) slow cooker, combine stock milk, soup, ceramed corn, corn, instant potato, onion and ham.

Cover and cook on LOW for 4-5 hours. When ready to serve, season with salt and pepper.

Serve with crusty bread.

Serves 4-6
