Tasty and easy chicken meal.
Ingredients
4 large chicken breast fillets
1 red capsicum, seeded and chopped
2 sticks celery, sliced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup dry white wine
3 rashers of bacon, chopped
lemon juice
120g grated parmesan
salt and pepper
rice to serve
Method
Pat chicken dry with paper towels. Rub with lemon juice over and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place in slow cooker.
Top with celery, capsicum and bacon.
Combine soups and wine and pour over chicken and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Cover and cook on LOW for 6-7 hours.
Serve with rice.
