Crock Pot Lasagne

Ingredients

1 pound (500g) lean beef mince

1 onion, chopped

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1 can spaghetti sauce

1/2 teaspoon ground oregano

6-8 lasagna sheets, divided

1 x 12 ounce (340g) carton cottage cheese

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 x 12 ounce (340g) pack grated mozzarella cheese

Method

Brown beef and onion in large frying pan. Add garlic powder, spaghetti sauce and oregano. Cook just until thoroughly hot.

Spoon layer of meat sauce in sprayed, slow cooker. Add layer of lasagna sheets (may need to break to fit).

Top with layer of half remaining meat sauce, half cottage cheese, half parmesan cheese and half mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers and start with more lasagna sheets.

Cover and cook on LOW for 6-8 hours.

Serves 4-6
